Key Responsibilities:- Managing front of house: greeting visitors, handling post, and overseeing reception
- Organising events and coordinating all travel arrangements
- Booking hotel accommodation and arranging buffets for meetings
- Ensuring lunch deliveries arrive on time
- Providing high-level administrative support across departments
- Prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records
- Logging and processing returns
