Available on our Just Add Talent management agreement. Regents Park Hotel is a beautiful Tudor style pub situated just a short walk from Shirley High Street and the dock land area. The Regents Park plays a key part in the community.
The Regents Park is located in the town of Shirley, close to Southampton's container port and dock land area. The pub is surrounded by residential housing and is well supported by the local community.
The pub benefits from being one of five pubs found in an area of over 5,000 adults. The majority customer base is made up of medium to high income people of mixed ages.
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, this pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. The food currently makes up around 20% of the pubs total sales. You can drive trade through well thought through live entertainment, pub games machines and live sports. We’re also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade.
