A lovely family based in Notting Hill is seeking a warm, proactive and experienced Nanny to care for their two young children, a 1-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy on a full-time basis. This is a sole charge position requiring a confident and nurturing professional who can take full responsibility for the children's well-being and development.
The eldest is a very energetic little boy, who is often happy and playful. He is sweet-natured and gentle, with a naturally shy disposition. He thrives in a structured environment and responds well to clear guidance and consistency.
The youngest is an outgoing and bold little girl. As the younger sibling, she has quickly learned to make her voice heard and carries a big personality. Often described as an “old soul”, she is generally very content – especially when food is involved! She is well behaved and currently sleeps through the night from 6:30pm to 7:30am.
Due to the nature of the parent's work, proxy parenting is required (around 1 week per month), so confidence in handling sole charge over extended periods is essential. Overtime will be paid for any additional hours beyond the core schedule.
This role would suit a thoughtful, emotionally intelligent Nanny who is confident with both toddlers and babies, and who brings a calm, cheerful energy to the home. A background in early years or childhood development would be a strong advantage.
The salary for this role is highly competitive and reflects the level of responsibility.
