We’re recruiting a Lease Administrator to join a specialist lending provider’s Customer Services team. You’ll handle contract data entry, invoicing, customer queries, and contract lifecycle events. Asset Finance experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter contracts and set up direct debits
- Produce invoices and VAT statements
- Manage customer queries and complaints
- Generate settlement figures
- Support contract changes (novations, reschedules, extensions)
About You:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Positive, flexible team player
- Customer-focused with good communication
- Experience in Asset Finance or financial services preferred
- UK experience in Financial Services, especially Asset Finance and Leasing, is essential. Applications without relevant UK experience will not be considered.
