Role Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Family Solicitor who is used to managing their own caseload. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients and a desire to expand his or her knowledge in Family Law. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with outstanding communication and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be responsible for having their own case load in a wide range of areas of Family Law from start to finish.
- Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems
- Will have excellent communication and drafting skills
- Experience in working under pressure with a high volume of cases
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with other legal professionals and are able to work independently
- Have experience in drafting client care letters/forms/witness statements/preparing Court bundles
