A leading AWS Premier Consulting Partner is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join its growing technical team. As a key member of this cloud-native consultancy, you will work on innovative digital solutions for a diverse range of clients – from fast-growing start-ups to established enterprises. You will bring technical leadership, strong coding skills, and a proactive approach to delivering secure, scalable applications using AWS technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior developers within the team.
- Lead architecture design and technical planning discussions.
- Ensure coding standards, security best practices, and high-quality code reviews.
- Promote continuous improvement in development practices and processes.
- Advocate for a “security by design” mindset in all engineering activities.
- Software Development
- Design, build, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
