As a Marketing Specialist, you will execute the marketing strategies across multiple locations within a designated region, coordinate local marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and ensure brand consistency. This role involves collaborating with sales and retail teams to drive regional growth, optimize campaign performance, and maintain alignment with corporate objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute HQ's marketing plans based on the needs of the regional market, including brand promotion and product marketing.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the latest trends in the e-cigarette industry and layout the UK region's brand marketing strategy from a brand perspective.
  • Plan and execute online/offline marketing events to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Responsible for project management, coordinating resources across departments, and leading/implementing/supporting/overseeing/post-morteming the launch and integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, serving as the primary contact point for business affairs.
  • Assist HQ in refining the regional marketing strategies, including market analysis, competitive strategy, and brand positioning.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong understanding of brand marketing practices across various industries; exposure in FMCG and the nicotine industry is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of brand building, marketing strategies, and consumer insights.
  • Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence applications, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Fluent English is required. To better communicate with the HQ, good command of Mandarin is preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for travel.
