As a Senior Caseworker You Will Be Line managing a small team to deliver effective support to victims of anti-social behaviour Responsible for reviewing cases and auditing against set quality standards. Delivering tailored support to victims of anti-social behaviour. This could be in person, via telephone or electronically. You Will Need Proven track record of effective casework or line management Proven track record of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting(s Effective communication skills both written and verbal and numerical. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, sharing, coaching others. This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
