Join Our Team as a Pensions Fund - Customer Service Assistant!

Our client, a leading Pensions Fund, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

Location: Wolverhampton

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Hourly rate: £13.26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to members about the Fund and their benefits.
  • Process amendments to member records and handle a variety of correspondence efficiently.
  • Manage customer complaints with care, ensuring escalations are addressed appropriately.
  • Assist members in utilising our web portal and ensure they have access to the right information.
  • Maintain high standards of work quality through regular monitoring and review processes.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
