We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified approved electrician to complement our existing planned maintenance team and join our electrical services division. The role will principally involve periodic electrical installation condition reports, refurbishments and repairs to electrical installations.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have an all-round knowledge and experience of electrical installations and the wiring regulations together with the right demeanour for working as a team and in occupied properties. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, quality driven and well organised. You need to be able to plan your own varied workload but also work as a team member. Candidates should hold the qualifications of BS7671 18TH Edition A2, City & Guilds Level 3 2391: 2391-52 Initial Verification & Periodic Inspection and Testing, 2391-51 Periodic Inspection of Electrical Installations, 2391-50 Initial Verification of Electrical Installations, be computer literate, have good communication skills and be committed to providing a high-quality service to our tenants. You will need to hold a current valid driving licence as a company van will be provided.
