Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the client.
- Coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice.
- Develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships.
- Serve as a 'B' level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring compliance with company policies, professional standards, and regulatory guidelines, while providing a professional quality service to the client and external contacts.
- Assist with billing information, including analysis of time spent and management of aged debtors.
