Children and Adolescent CBT Practitioner (BABCP Accredited / Accreditable CBT Therapist) Children and Adolescent CBT Practitioner (BABCP Accredited / Accreditable CBT Therapist) 23 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicants Are you a post-graduate qualified Child and Adolescent Practitioner (BABCP Accredited / Accreditable CBT Therapist) or HCPC registered psychologist with experience of delivering CBT, passionate about delivering evidence-based therapy and client centred care? Are you looking to enhance your career whilst building a brighter future for children and young people? You will be working with children and young people and their families, delivering high quality, timely, evidence-based interventions, (CBT IPT) via remote video technology, as well as supporting children and young people face to face, (dependant on location). Ability to work with children and young people with Neurodiverse conditions is valuable. You will have access to unlimited world class CPD provided by Bespoke. You will have skills and experience to manage a varied caseload and ability to achieve 23 clinical contacts per week, 42 weeks per year. The remaining 10 weeks covers annual leave, CPD and admin / team-related activities. We provide a psychological service for common mental health problems, including anxiety and depression in the independent sector. You will support children and young people presenting with a range of mild to moderate mental health conditions, with largely stable social, educational and family environment. This makes it a lovely client group to work with, using the skills you were trained to deliver and achieve real outcomes. What We Need From You Completed High intensity Post Graduate CBT Diploma and be BABCP accredited or accreditable. Minimum of two years experience of working in mental health services (NHS / non-statutory or private) with children, adolescents and families. Manage your own caseload, working flexibly (22.5 hours up to 37.5 hours) within our Hybrid Practitioner role, providing remote therapy and face to face (dependant on location). Have ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationship with the wider CYP team. Ability to deliver 60% of appointments after school or weekends. Provision for London face to face Clinic Allowance for travel from ÂŁ3250 to ÂŁ6500 (depending on the number of F2F Clinic days).
