We’re a rapidly growing international media and marketing agency with offices in the UK and USA. Our mission? Helping business owners across the world (UK, US, Canada, Australia, and more) scale through smarter sales and marketing strategies.
Now, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to take charge of our visual content — and lead a team of junior designers to creative greatness.
What You’ll Do:
- Design high-impact graphics for digital marketing, sales campaigns, and print assets
- Shoot and edit compelling video content for social media, ads, events, and training
- Edit and produce podcasts that showcase our brand and voice
- Mentor and support junior creatives to raise the design bar company-wide
- Work directly with our CEO on high-level creative strategy and brand vision
Desired Qualities:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and videography
- Strong portfolio across web, social, and video content
- Mastery of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience editing audio and video for podcasts (Audacity or similar)
- A basic understanding of digital marketing
- A growth mindset and a love for learning new things
- Strong sense of accountability — you meet deadlines, own your projects, and don’t need hand-holding
