We are now looking for a Deputy Course Manager to join our talented team at Redlibbets Golf & Country Club , supporting the Course Manager in delivering an exceptional playing experience for our members and guests. Please see: https://www.getgolfing.org Role Purpose As Deputy Course Manager, you\βll play a key role in the daily maintenance and improvement of our course. You\βll work hands-on with the greenkeeping team while assisting in planning and supervising operations, ensuring we continue to uphold the highest standards in course conditioning and environmental stewardship. Responsibilities Support the Course Manager in all aspects of course maintenance, team leadership, and project planning Lead the greenkeeping team in the absence of the Course Manager Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently Participate in agronomic planning, irrigation management, and machinery maintenance Monitor course quality and implement best practices to improve playability and sustainability Assist with staff training and development Requirements Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Management (Level 3 desirable) PA1, PA2, and PA6 spraying certificates At least 3 years experience in a senior position Experience operating a wide range of turf machinery Strong understanding of modern greenkeeping practices and course setup Proven leadership or supervisory experience Passionate about golf course presentation and sustainability Full UK driving licence Benefits Pension Plans Training & Development Free Golf Up to 50% off food & beverage Staff referral programme #J-18808-Ljbffr
