Join our energetic and dedicated team at Juniper as a Sports Tutor! If you love coaching, motivating students, and making a real difference, this role is for you. This role is to start in September 2025 and is term time only.
The Role
- Deliver dynamic, inspiring training sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Develop students' English and Maths skills (including Functional Skills where needed)
- Plan and facilitate motivational activities and visits
- Support students' personal development and readiness for employment or higher education
- Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their growth
- Encourage excellent attendance and engagement
- Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to support student progression
What We're Looking For:
- Experience delivering sport-based training up to Level 3
- A Level 3 Sport qualification (minimum)
- A Level 4 Teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve this within 6 months)
- Experience working with 16-18-year-olds
- A vibrant, positive personality that can engage and motivate students
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport
- Excellent organisational skills and a goal-driven mindset
