The Opportunity

Chambers & Brighty Funeral Directors - Wellingborough are currently looking for a casual Funeral Service Operative. The hours are varied, and there is the opportunity to fit the role in around your other commitments.

Calm and professional, our Funeral Operatives play a vital role in our service and are often the first members of the team to meet our families. A good Funeral Service Operative will be able to provide reassurance to families that we will take good care of their loved ones whilst we prepare them for their final journey.

Being a Funeral Service Operative can be challenging and rewarding, and no two days are quite the same.

Your duties will include driving company vehicles, so you'll need a full driving licence. You'll also have a place on the out of hours, and on-call rota, which will provide an opportunity to earn additional payments.
