We have an opportunity for a full time Loss Prevention Officer to join our team, reporting direct to the Loss Prevention Supervisor. We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who will assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. Being a visual deterrent means that you are also an ambassador for the store and will be interactive with both customers and staff providing friendly customer service where necessary. This is a variedLoss Prevention Officer role and duties will include: Patrolling the store and staff areas Monitoring the CCTV Conducting staff searches and till checks Liaising with the store team to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and Health and Safety. Dealing with customer enquiries whilst you are on the Sales Floor. What you need: A calm and confident manner and approach to difficult situations. Good written and verbal communication skills.
