We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate the PLM Master Plan, PLM360 end-to-end business readiness implementation, and lead the integration of PLM360 with SAP system (existing and new S4E) for the AGT product line. The programs include PLM360 new system key design decision assessments, data migration, system(s) integration, and new architecture/process implementation for the complete end-to-end process for the AGT new unit and service business. This project manager will work closely with the project manager for S4E implementation which has a different live timeline.
The successful candidate will be accountable for handling all aspects of both projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, executed to minimise business disruption and aligned with all relevant AGT functions (PLC/CD/Manufacturing/Quality), AGT business Portfolio/PCC, global customer operation (GCO) and Global service operation (GSO). The successful candidate will be leading a multi-functional team consisting of part-time and full-time resources from various areas of expertise. The role will also be responsible for establishing regular drumbeat/STECO with periodic reporting to senior management.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Define project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, IT personnel, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure project alignment, whilst communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly and handle stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships.
- Budget and Resource Management: Establish and lead project budgets, track expenses, and report on budget variances. Allocate resources effectively, ensuring project teams are adequately staffed and equipped and coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans, proactively address issues to minimise project disruptions and conduct regular risk assessments and adjust plans accordingly.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) with minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management (large corporate global ERP / PLM implementation experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and PLM software and proven track record of successfully managing large-scale enterprise projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
