The Role
In this role, you will test, measure, and inspect medical devices using state-of-the-art equipment in our new product development test and metrology lab in Leeds. You will work with the Product Development team, supporting the development of Knee and Trauma products. Laboratory Technicians are trusted to work safely, follow health and safety and quality procedures, and meet job requirements. You will complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship through our trusted training provider. The apprenticeship lasts approximately 24 months, and if successful, you will join our 2025 Apprenticeship Intake in September.
About You
To be eligible, you need to have achieved or be on course for 5 GCSEs including English & Maths at Grade C/4 or above. We also value the following skills and qualities:

We pay our apprentices a competitive wage. Alongside a great base salary, you will be enrolled in our bonus scheme and, if eligible, join our Company Pension Scheme with 5% employee contributions attracting 12% by Victrex. We support flexible working, offer private medical insurance, and provide 29 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 2 additional weeks.
