Designer Opportunities for Senior & Mid-Weight Positions at a London-based Creative Studio (3 days in the office).
We are working with a progressive creative studio known for its iconic visual style and obsessive attention to detail. We collaborate with cutting-edge brands, exploring design as a tool to cultivate desire and humanise brands.

The Roles
- Senior Designer (up to £60k)
- Lead creative excellence from concept to delivery with full autonomy.
- Input and inform strategic approach using cultural insight.
- Manage and inspire junior team members' day-to-day and career development.
- Take accountability for artwork sign-off and project delivery.
- Lead client presentations with confidence and eloquence.
- Work with Creative Resource Manager on talent acquisition and interviews.
- Mid-Weight Designer (Up to £40k)
- Create compelling creative possibilities working closely with Senior Designers.
- Contribute strategic insights and cultural perspective to projects.
- Think holistically about creative solutions beyond just visual outcomes.
- Support client presentations and respond professionally to feedback.
- Demonstrate intelligent, thought-provoking creative solutions.
- Articulate creative point of view clearly through multiple methods.
Essential Skills (Both Roles)
- Adobe Creative Suite mastery.
- Keynote and 3D programmes.
