This is a new opportunity for an experienced tech professional to join a growing start-up company and help develop a training strategy for their new consultants.
The Company: This role is within a young data-centric company founded 4 years ago by strong leaders in the Data Industry. This is an exciting time to join as they are currently redeveloping their training strategy, allowing you to contribute to creating a new program.
The Role: Responsibilities include:
- Reporting directly to one of the founders.
- Designing and implementing a bespoke tech training program (e.g., Python, SQL, Cloud).
- Delivering training sessions to graduates and mentoring them through their development.
- Owning the entire training program.
- Collaborating with external clients and deploying trained graduates onto client projects.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in lecturing or teaching in a technical field.
- Experience in mentoring, training, or coaching others.
- Strong communication skills.
