Kiln Theatre is seeking a dynamic Projects Producer to join its Creative Engagement team for the final year of the Kilburn High Road Project, an ambitious arts and heritage initiative funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The role involves producing outdoor, site-specific and community-led projects that celebrate local stories, culture, and creativity in Kilburn. Working closely with artists, volunteers, and the local community, the Projects Producer will manage logistics, budgets, contracts, and partnerships while supporting the development of events culminating in a 2026 summer festival. This is a unique opportunity to produce socially impactful and inclusive creative work.

1. Arts project management (including theatre, visual art, and outdoor events)
2. Budgeting and contract drafting
3. Community engagement and collaboration
4. Excellent administrative and organisational skills
5. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Closing date: 26 May Salary:

• Range: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Contract: Full-time, fixed term (final year of a three-year project)
• Location: London (Kilburn area)
