Role Overview: Bramah Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic IT team for a client based in West London. As an Entry-Level IT Support Associate, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the technological environment, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring all systems operate smoothly both internally and for client users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to IT support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Maintain IT Equipment & Systems: Track and organize company devices (e.g., laptops, phones), assist with software installations, and ensure proper setup for users.
- Support Budget Tracking: Assist in organizing IT expense records and contribute to maintaining accurate financial information.
- Update IT Documentation: Help create and maintain user guides, how-to documents, and internal IT policies to support team knowledge and onboarding.
- Contribute to Automation Projects: Participate in small projects aimed at improving efficiency through automation of routine IT tasks.

Skills:
