This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-respected non-profit as they grow their technology team to make an even bigger impact. The role involves tackling a range of exciting and technically demanding projects while also keeping the network and infrastructure running smoothly.

The individual in this role will be asked to:

  • Take responsibility for Endpoint Management & Microsoft Azure.
  • Manage threat protection and maintenance of cloud services.
  • Support Infrastructure Manager in EPOS solution delivery project.
  • Create, execute and document any necessary processes to ensure security, resilience, and performance requirements are met.
  • Ensure data protection of all devices (MDM Intune) and access security required to support this.
  • Advise on infrastructure solution design for endpoint management and central services in relation to EPOS solution delivery.

And should have:

  • Previous experience within an Infrastructure Engineer / 3rd Line Support role.
  • Worked with Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune).
  • Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory/Entra and M365.
  • Understanding of end-to-end cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge of overall cloud infrastructure delivery lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation technologies.

Any additional experience of the following would be helpful:

  • Azure Certification: Solutions Architecture and Security, Endpoint Administrations.
