Key Responsibilities: Oversee a diverse client portfolio, simultaneously maintaining a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships. Assist with and manage audit assignments. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audits to clients. Supervise and mentor trainees with their tasks. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary. Ideal Candidate Profile: ACCA/ ACA part-qualified or AAT newly qualified. 2-4 years UK practice experience. Knowledge of accounting software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
