We’ve all looked after somebody at some point in our lives whether it’s a child, a partner or even other family members. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t had any formal training, we’ll provide you with training, shadowing and mentoring. We’ll be here to support you every step of the way. All we ask is that you have access to a vehicle with a full valid UK driving licence so that you can travel between our customers' homes. But most importantly that you bring your caring and passionate flare to every single customer visit.

This role is heavily focused on delivering personal care, but it is more than that, it’s about delivering an experience. We may be the only people some of our customers see daily, so it’s about ensuring our customers feel safe at home but also that they still get to carry out the hobbies and interests that they know and love.

Requirements
  • Full and valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. This is a MUST as you will be travelling between customers' homes.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent level of English
