GXO is currently seeking a driven and talented individual for the role of Operations Supervisor to join our Nestle contract, based at our flagship site at East Midlands Gateway. You’ll support the Operations Manager with the safe and efficient running of the day-to-day operations, ensuring daily KPIs are met, all Health & Safety procedures are followed, and customer service levels are maintained. This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll work on a ‘4 on 4 off’ basis with rotational shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00 . Pay, benefits, and more: You’ll be paid a salary of up to £35,707.56 per annum, depending on experience. You’ll also receive 23 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), with options to buy additional days for a better work-life balance.
