A leading global live entertainment group is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its London-based digital team. The company operates 60+ venues across the UK, US and Germany and handles over 18 million ticket sales annually.
Role Overview
You’ll work within a cross-functional product team, reporting to the Head of Product Design, and play a key role in shaping the mobile app experience for audiences and entertainment producers. The role spans the full design lifecycle—research, ideation, UX/UI, prototyping and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and analysts to design user-centric mobile app experiences
- Conduct and apply user research insights
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specs
- Contribute to and maintain the design system
- Ensure accessibility and localisation standards are met
- Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in agile product design
- End-to-end design of mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Skilled in user research, service design, prototyping, and interaction design
- Strong understanding of accessibility and brand standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Experience with white-label design, design tokens and design-to-code workflows
