They are looking for a talented Administrative/Customer Service Assistant who thrives on responsibility, champions clear communication, and knows how to keep things running like clockwork.
Key Tasks
- Collate reviews for our business from landlords & guests
- Manage client-based reporting, ensuring each client file is up to date with all the necessary information
- Ensure receipt of guest & landlord videos and opt-ins to guest & landlord terms & conditions
- Upload new houses to our database
- Upload enquiries to our system
- Handle enquiries from receipt through to offering out
- Update and circulate weekly reporting
- Be the gatekeeper for our business WhatsApp / email inbox – ensuring all communications are followed up on
- Perform financial reconciliations – reconcile payments to invoices
- Support ad hoc projects
Essential
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong admin skills, both written & verbal
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong IT skills
