The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and effective 6th Form Teacher to join a close-knit and collaborative team. You will deliver high-quality lessons, support learners with diverse needs, and play an essential role in their academic and personal progression.

What We\’re Looking For:

• A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching and assessing BTEC or similar vocational qualifications
• Strong understanding of special educational needs (SEN)
• Effective classroom strategies and excellent communication skills
• Passion, resilience, and a commitment to nurturing student development

Desirable attributes include knowledge of careers education and familiarity with the \”Helping Children Achieve More\” agenda.
