Are you ready to take the lead in a high-energy and dynamic environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork drive success? We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Line Lead to oversee inventory operations within our client's thriving and fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and promote health, safety, and risk management within the department.
  • Coordinate daily workflow and staff direction.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity.
  • Utilise MRP and company software to support production needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and suggest operational solutions.
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching to inventory, receiving, and kitting teams.
  • Support issue resolution related to work instructions or processes.
  • Uphold 6S compliance in warehouse areas.
  • Manage team training, holiday schedules, and absences.
  • Support production surges and critical timelines with flexibility and leadership.
  • Complete mandatory training and compliance activities.
