Main Responsibilities:
- Gather Customer Insights: By regularly engaging with customers to understand how they perceive the services provided by Birtwistles, ask specific open-ended questions to gather honest feedback about product quality, customer service or pricing. Use surveys and one-on-one discussions as tools for collecting feedback.
- Being the Customers Voice: Document feedback to provide a balanced view of customer sentiment, represent customer interests during meetings, addressing concerns and needs, and translate feedback into actionable insights.
