A longstanding client of ours is looking for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join their friendly team! They are a boutique consultancy specialised in the offshore energy sector with clients around the world. They are a close knit friendly international team who socialise regularly. They also have a low turnover of staff and there is always scope for progression.
This is a dual-role position with your time split approximately 50/50 between marketing and admin. You’ll be involved in everything from content creation and campaign coordination to supporting daily office operations.
Marketing (50%)- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance
- Create and schedule content for our website and social media channels
- Assist with newsletter creation and distribution
- Produce branded marketing literature and ensure visual consistency
- Track and report on KPIs, website traffic, and social media analytics
- Provide editing, proofreading, and formatting support for content
- Manage branded merchandise, stock levels, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Respond to marketing-related inquiries across channels
- Identify new marketing trends and innovation opportunities
- Format CVs and assist with documentation
- Issue purchase orders and contracts for clients and freelancers
- Post job vacancies and maintain listings online
- Update and manage our CRM with candidate information
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via the main company email
- Ensure documents are accurately filed in our systems
- Oversee day-to-day office management and facilities
The ideal candidate will have a marketing degree and some experience in marketing (internship or work experience).
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 and hours of work 8am-5pm.
