A leading Built Environment specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to deliver high-profile infrastructure and regeneration projects for major clients across the UK.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be integral to a dedicated professional services team focused on specialist land solutions. This position provides exceptional exposure to prestigious clients and significant business process and infrastructure development projects throughout the country.

The Role

Operating within an established project management framework, you will take full ownership of project delivery using industry best practices. Your responsibilities will encompass developing comprehensive project execution plans in collaboration with the Programme Manager, whilst maintaining rigorous oversight of project progress, performance, and financial outcomes.

Your duties will include:

  • Direct and inspire project teams, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Manage resource allocation, guaranteeing team members possess the necessary skills and equipment for success.
  • Regular engagement with the Project Board to maintain project direction and integrity.
  • Client relationship management with a focus on protecting and enhancing the company's reputation throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to exceptional quality standards and full compliance requirements.

Applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the sector, coupled with a minimum of two years' end to end project management experience.
