The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their manufacturing business and lead the finances across the site. You will be an excellent communicator and able to work alongside all levels of personnel, confidently representing financial controls and processes within your reporting, while being visible to Group and the Senior board members.

Duties will include:

  • Manage the full month end management reporting pack along with informative commentary to the Board/Investors
  • Develop and refine the current stock reporting and controls, improving accountability
  • Implement effective controls and processes across the finance function from ledger through to balance sheet reporting
  • Represent finance on the SMT meetings, building effective relationships with managers
  • Work towards the reduction of the current reporting schedule
  • Manage the payroll process both for weekly and salaried personnel
  • Manage all company bank accounts, including all HMRC/VAT submissions and responsibility for cash balances

The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the site financials; therefore, we are looking for a confident individual who has experience of producing the monthly accounts. You will be able to interpret accounts in the wider commercial sense, and be able to communicate these effectively in order to get results.
