Hotel Co 51 is seeking a results-oriented Group Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Group Sales Executives while also contributing to the overall sales strategy. This role combines leadership and individual sales responsibilities, requiring a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving revenue.
Your Role
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of Group Sales Executives, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by maximizing group bookings across all segments and hotel brands.
