The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will work within our Engineering Team to install and maintain Cloud Based IP/VOIP solutions and PBX telephone systems. Your role will require you to install, configure and train the customer on the installed solution onto existing or new network infrastructure. The engineers play a significant role in getting it Right First Time to meet the expectations of our clients, while providing a full end to end service experience when on-site face to face.
You will be supported in your role by our Installations team who organise your weekly diary and arrange for any relevant equipment and or hardware to be provided to complete the job. Training will be provided, but experience in IP/VOIP (Gamma Horizon, EVE, 8x8, Wildix, LG IPECS, 3CX) and PBX (NEC, Mitel, Samsung) systems is preferred.
The candidate will be:
- Technology minded with a keen interest in IT and Networking.
- Have a basic understanding of Networking.
- Proficient in using technology – i.e. tablets/mobile phones/Microsoft packages.
- Confident in using hand tools.
- Methodical in your approach to work.
- Hard working and flexible to take on our planned and unplanned workload.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
You must live in the UK and have a full UK driving license.
