Our client, based at this luxury hotel near Tetbury & Nailsworth, has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and work in the Pastry Section under a Michelin Star trained Head Chef. This is an opportunity to join a busy property and produce pastry products for high-end banqueting, afternoon teas, fine dining, and casual dining at the hotel.

The Role
- Working in the standalone Pastry section with support from junior chefs
- Making all breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and afternoon teas for service & functions
- Using the finest ingredients, including some grown on-site in hotel gardens
- Working to 2AA rosette level standards

- Already a Pastry Chef de Partie
- Experience ideally at multi AA rosette levels or Michelin in a luxury hotel
- Career-focused and a team player
