We are seeking a proactive and skilled Performance Improvement & Insight Officer to join our newly established Business Insight and Improvement Team within the Housing Department. This pivotal role focuses on shaping housing services from the customer's perspective, delivering robust performance management frameworks, and using data-driven insights to drive service improvement and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy & Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of housing policies and procedures, including those related to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), Housing Repairs, Social Housing, ensuring alignment with statutory regulations and council standards.
- Performance Management: Design, deliver, and maintain a comprehensive performance management framework that promotes continuous improvement, drives accountability, and informs decision-making.
- KPI Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop, report, and monitor performance and insight data, ensuring accessible and accurate information underpins business and service-level decisions.
- Service Improvement Initiatives: Drive and deliver projects, interventions, and improvement initiatives, aligning closely with corporate and business plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, professional codes of practice, and internal council policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Case Management and Customer Services.
