Orbition Group are delighted to be working with a leading Insurer who are searching for a Head of Data Products, who will be reporting into the Chief Product Officer.

You will have the accountability for delivering one of two key data strategy promises:

• The ability to generate enough incremental data-driven shareholder value to pay for the transformation and to be able to unlock this data value.

Other responsibilities include:

• Defining and articulating a compelling vision and roadmap for data products that will enhance performance and impact the P&L.
• Managing a team of Product Managers that are responsible for analytics and machine learning products.
• Establish and grow robust data product methodologies that will drive decision-making.

With a good understanding of how data differs from other areas such as unique capabilities, lifecycle of data products, data & data product adoption challenges, you will also come well equipped with the understanding of:

• The data engineering lifecycle and platform capabilities (Please note – No coding will be required in this role!)
• The various data science capabilities, but not to build or evaluate models
• Have an analytical mindset

This role will based in London with a hybrid model of 2-3 days in the office.
