Our client is a fast-growth, global retail brand looking to onboard an ambitious and creative Promotions Coordinator to work with the buying team with a view to developing into a more senior promotions or buying role in the future. This is a hybrid role working 3 days from the central London office each week, with a real focus on employee engagement and continued learning and development.
This role will focus on understanding their client base, brainstorming fresh gifting concepts, and engaging with the latest product trends to curate unique promotional catalogues. You will be in contact with clients, understanding their unique needs and building strong relationships. As Promotions Coordinator, you will craft tailored promotions that are meticulously planned to achieve the best results. You will also be creating and updating promotional content, checking inventory, and analysing data to identify trends and insights. The Promotions Coordinator will manage multiple projects, ensuring campaigns go live efficiently. After promotion campaigns are carried out, you will generate detailed analytics reports, providing valuable feedback to clients. Throughout the day, you will be the go-to contact for customers worldwide, ensuring their gifting needs are met and exceeded. Creative and client management skills will flourish in this role!
