Department: Commercial Property Management
Location: Birmingham office based with hybrid working and client site visits
Key Contributions:
- Account Planning and Management: Plan and manage placemaking and occupier experience content and engagement programmes for National retainer clients. Ensuring authentic, impactful, and valuable service delivery to clients within the Commercial Property Management (CPM) division, the wider LSH business, and new LSH clients.
- Project Development and Coordination: Assist in the development and coordination of both CPM and cross divisional CX projects, focusing on enhancing customer experiences to drive business value and increase customer retention.
- Primary Client Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, site teams, and property management teams regarding all account-specific CX activities.
- Performance Measurement: Ensure effective measurement and performance of all service providers, continually identifying and managing opportunities to provide a first-class business environment.
- Business Development: Support and contribute to business development efforts, securing new opportunities through existing client and new client discussions. Leverage Placemaking and CX services as a core differentiator of our in-house services.
- Client Alignment: Align with client vision and advise on areas for accessing additional value on-site.

Knowledge & Experience:
