You will also own all internal stakeholder communications to ensure the ambitions are understood and actioned whilst measuring the effective adoption.Key Responsibilities Set and drive their annual and long-term strategy for the divisionTranslate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growthImplement division-wide goal setting, performance management as well as set annual operations and financial planning.Own all communication with divisional executives, leadership team, senior management, and their teams to drive awareness and understanding of the strategy and change requirements.Responsible for the delivery of internal communications across the DivisionGenerate copy and content for the division\’s communications, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and reports, to support internal communication efforts.Lead the development and delivery of a change management strategy to support the Division\’s strategic ambitionsSeniority Level Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type Full-timeJob Function MarketingIndustries Legal Services
