Excellent Pastry Chef Opportunity with Hotel & Restaurant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work at a busy Hotel & fine dining restaurant in Worcestershire. Working under a talented Head Chef, you will be responsible for the Pastry Section, supporting from a Commis, preparing meals for lunch, dinner, and afternoon teas. The role is 4.5 days per week with straight shifts.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef, you will run the Pastry Section
• Using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients in the hotel kitchen
• Preparing desserts and breads for the restaurant and afternoon teas
• Multi-skilling during busy periods

The Person

• Previous experience in 4* kitchens, ideally to AA rosette level or above
• Experienced Pastry Chef
• Able to work independently and develop junior team members
• Steady career progression
