About the Role:
As a Nursery Manager, youβll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, maintaining high levels of childcare and education, and leading a team of early years professionals. Your leadership will create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational and educational aspects of the nursery
- Lead, mentor and manage nursery staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff and the local community
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided
What Weβre Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- Previous experience in a senior role within a nursery setting (Deputy or Manager)
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for providing outstanding childcare and education
