A well-established international bank is looking for an Arabic-speaking Client Services Associate to support its front-office team in London. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in private banking and financial services customer support to play a hands-on role in supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll be working closely with senior team members, assisting with account administration, onboarding, and client interactions. This role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with client onboarding, KYC reviews, and account opening
- Supporting the relationship team with diary management and credit file preparation
- Handling client requests during in-person visits and via phone/email

About you:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
