Requirements Your Responsibilities Will Include: As our Asbestos Site Analyst, you\’ll be at the forefront of ensuring safety and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting 4 stage clearances, test reporting, and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing Creating detailed reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are correctly maintained to specified level in HSG 264 Recording data accurately Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and survey plans to ensure meticulous attention to detail Check all locations are photographed and photographs are stored What We\’re Looking For: P403 and P404 essential Full UK driving licence IOSH Working Safely Qualification desirable Risk assessment in training desirable Benefits 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays – increasing to 25 with length of service 10 extra paid days leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to attend their annual training Life Insurance offered after 6-month service Enhanced Sickness, Bereavement, Maternity and Paternity pay.
