Fitch Group is currently seeking a Graphic Designer based out of either our Manchester or Warsaw office. Reporting to the Creative Director and working within the Design & Creative (D&C) Team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality print, web, and presentation design solutions to meet the broad spectrum of business needs. This role also acts as a guardian of Fitch's visual branding, responsible for the creation and approval of design and creative content across Fitch Group. You'll consult with various teams to promote a "One Fitch" experience.

What You Need to Have:

  • A standout portfolio of work, preferably in the Financial Services sector across collateral types.
  • Exceptional people skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management experience of moving projects from concept to completion and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • In-depth understanding of print and digital design processes.
  • Demonstrate a thorough grasp of the latest and emerging Gen AI technologies, site and social trends and techniques.
  • Experience working with animation and video editing a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience at a creative agency or in-house brand team.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express).
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word, with an emphasis on template design.
