Rowleys is an independent accountancy firm working across the East Midlands, with our office based in Leicester, near Junction 21 of the M1. We are a forward-thinking firm who are continually investing in our people and their development. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team and be a part of our future growth.

Full time Receptionist / Practice support team member within a firm of Chartered Accountants.

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Required Skills

  • Experience of reception work

Duties Include

  • Ensuring all clients receive a warm welcome and the highest quality service to make the best first impression possible
  • General admin duties which will include scanning, photocopying and other ad hoc admin duties
  • Manage all workloads efficiently, profitably and in accordance with the Company's procedures
  • Deliver an excellent level of customer service, managing and exceeding client expectations, responding to all ad hoc queries in a timely manner
  • Provide cover for team members in their absence
  • Answering incoming calls to ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner and calls transferred as efficiently as possible
  • Organising the meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept tidy and stocked appropriately
  • Arranging catering for any on-site events, training sessions or meetings and maintaining stocks of consumables such as biscuits, chocolates and mints, replenishing as necessary
