We’re seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to join our Global Building Design & Engineering team and play a pivotal role in advancing our sustainability initiatives across a global portfolio. This role bridges the gap between strategic sustainability goals and real-world implementation—ensuring our facilities are not only energy-efficient but also technically sound and future-ready.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & Maintain Design Standards
- Standardize and document MEP engineering specifications and design criteria.
- Align technical documentation with industry best practices.
- Drive Sustainability Innovation
- Evaluate sustainable design solutions and energy efficiency strategies.
- Analyze building performance data to optimize systems.
- Support pilot programs and scale successful technologies.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance
- Review MEP design submissions for technical accuracy and sustainability alignment.
- Provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
